The earth does not stop spinning
Nor do the seasons stop changing
Nor does the sun stop lighting up
Nor do the stars stop shining
Even for a nanosecond
When someone departs the earth
Though we humans can be funny
By flying flags half-mast
And driving some people crazy
By airing only classical music.
