The other day during my leisure hours as I sat in front of my computer with my mobile by my side, I realized I could do almost anything that I wanted just sitting there with access to the Internet – I could listen to any song, watch any movie, listen to any TV station, tune in to any radio, download and read any book, find out info on anything, call and talk to anyone, post my message to anyone and everyone, order any food on Swiggy, call Uber and go visit a friend, or call any friend to chat, call Uber and go to any restaurant…the list of freedoms given to me seemed endless.
Then when I asked myself what I wanted to do, and I got the reply from inside, “Nothing”. That’s right, I did not want to do anything. I was content to “Just Be Still”.
Perhaps, the freedom to be ABLE to do “Nothing”, not even think, is the ultimate freedom.
