This YouTube channel — https://www.youtube.com/@MusicByNavya — has songs soulfully sung with amazing lyrics, which are at once very simple, and yet they have covered all the nuances of relationships — yet, I am caught in the vertex of all kinds of messy relationships that are far from satisfying, and in fact quite a few quite problematic, and whatever new relationship that comes with a fresh promise I am afraid to pursue since I have realized that the way this world is structured it seems to be the case that ALL relationships will ultimately unravel for one reason or another, if not due to the faulty dynamics of the relationship itself then definitely often due to the intricate complex of the network of connections in which such a relationship is embedded that vitiate the innocence of such a relationship. Maybe that is God’s way of ensuring that we have the incentive to look beyond this world and the possibilities of fulfilling relationships in it and seek the Truth. Ultimately, it is ONLY the truth itself that fulfills one, so one sort of wonders why linger on in relationships, unless that be one’s destiny…bloody complex is this world…sigh…I wish the earth swallows me up and I cease to exist…in a way, one ceases to exist in love, ceases to exist in the form of ego, and hence the evergreen appeal of love by the bliss such ceasing to exist bestows upon one, but oh my if such were a possibility, then where would be the need for a Buddha or a Ramana Maharshi who keep reminding us that even love is NOT the resting place, at least NOT the kind of love that exists in our all too human relationships, and our resting place is nothing short of TRUTH, where in a way no love can exist because love requires two and the TRUTH IS ONENESS WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER.
