Damn This World, Damn Myself

My God, my virakti with this world
Seems almost complete, no interest now
To go anywhere, or teach anyone
Least of all any school kids, be they
Even of The Valley School, Bengaluru
I am I think the worst guy for them
I who have so little interest in life
I who do not value life, and care not
If it ends the very next minute
No, not out of any sorrow or depression
But out of my metaphysical insight
Let God do whatever he wants to do
With this world and with the children in it
I better stick to my svadharma of summa iru.
