In May 2023, that is more than 3 years back (see the screenshot below and click on the link above it to the attached PDF if you want to see what sort of an institute I had in mind), I had made plans of changing my career path and starting “My Institute to Unite My Vocation & Avocation”, named “Eclectic Brainery”, but somehow shelved it. Am I crazy? Of course, I am. I am also dreamy and impractical. But, now that my finances are sort of sorted, maybe I should follow up on my dream that I had 3 years ago because even if the institute does not run, then it does not pose any problem at all, and I have failed so many times in my life at so many things, that failure has lost its terrors. Will people laugh at me? Yes, some certainly will, or maybe most will. But, how does that matter? That will allow me to learn to trust myself and my self-worth. Maybe it is best to go, at least initially, with an Online Offering, and then take it from there.
The ONLY things that make me hesitate a bit are that (1) Now AI is in full flow, which could tackle these things better, and (2) I am spreading myself thin by thinking of it as “Anything Goes”.
To overcome the above two issues, I could perhaps kill the two birds with one stone by narrowing my offering to merely one of “Freewheeling Discussion of Advaita Vedanta in Relation to One’s Day-to-Day Life”.
I just might be able to pull it off.
