O Sam, surely by all your reading
You have discovered and realized
That there is wisdom and Truth
That words cannot capture
And what the words capture
May have its use in the world
And setting store by it
Maybe someone’s karma, whereby
S/he does benefit the world
But mine does not seem to be
Such a destiny to fulfill
God has given me such clarity
That I have now realized
My destiny is to Be Still, whereby
I am promised that the Truth
Will be mine, nay, more correctly
I will realize Ana al-Haqq.
